Loyal Customer

The "Loyal Customer" program is specially designed for the regular clients of Hobby Games Ltd. as a sign of respect and appreciation for all of you! Upon joining the program, customers receive a discount on each subsequent order in the online store or in-person, with the discount percentage increasing as your total purchases grow.

To join the program, you need to be a registered user of the online store at https://hobbygamesbg.com/. The same account can be used in the physical stores of Hobby Games. You need to identify yourself or present the phone number you registered with. Enrollment in the program is automatic after making your first order. The discount increases with the amount spent on orders and is applied automatically with every purchase:

Customer: total spending from 0 to 2031.21 RON = 0%

Super Customer: total spending from 2033.75 to 4064.96 RON = 5%

Ultra Customer: total spending from 4067.51 to 7624.03 RON = 8%

Ultimate Customer: total spending over 7626.57 RON = 13%

Please note that the discounts from the "Loyal Customer" program cannot be used for orders placed via Call - Phone Call or chat/email. Joining the program is only possible by creating an individual online account. The accumulated total and corresponding discount apply solely to the account where they were earned and cannot be transferred to another user profile. The discount is permanent and you cannot revert to a lower level.

Discounts from the "Loyal Customer" program DO NOT apply to already discounted products.
